 IS COLOSTRUM SAFE???

 

            The safety of colostrum has not be evaluated in large studies, and the long term side effects are virtually unknown. Like all nutritional supplements colostrum is not held to the same production/efficacy standards as prescription drugs. Therefore the content of various preparations, and even different batches of the same preparation are likely to vary widely. (see Regulations) Colstrum is believed by most researches to be very safe, and to have few know short term side effects.

The known side effects include nausea, diarrhea, and bloating

 

CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE TAKING COLOSTRUM IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING…

-milk protein hypersensitivity ( Milk allergy )

-lactose intolerance

-diabetes

-if you are or plan on becoming pregnant or are a nursing mother

-history of cancer  (especially prostate or breast)
