VEGAN FOOD PYRAMID
The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine recommends these four food
groups for vegans (daily values):
- 3 servings of vegetables (dark leafy greens and dark yellow/orange)
- 5 servings of whole grains
- 3 servings of fruit
- 2 servings of legumes
