I.  COMPARISON BETWEEN THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND THE CHIROPRACTOR'S OFFICE:

  •     A.  Religion

A statue of Joseph with baby Jesus is located in the hospital lobby.  

 

The chiropractor's office has a stained glass window depicting God's hand touching the human spine, similar to the one below, except there was a human spine in between the hands, which can be viewed by clicking on "chiropractic environment video clip" below.  Plus, there was a copy of the Holy Bible located in the waiting room.

  • Inconvenient Parking

  • White Coat and Stethoscopes

  • Vital Signs (blood pressure, pulse, respirations)

  • Weight

  • Decor consisted of an 8x10 picture

  • No Music

  • No mandatory video

 

 B. CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE

  • Located in a Strip Mall

  • Convenient parking

  • Fish tank located in waiting area

  • Contemporary "soft rock" music through out the building

  • Mandatory video explaining chiropractic training and treatments located in a room with the chiropractors degrees hung on the wall.

  • Nutritional supplements and herbal remedies for sale

  • Posters and pamphlets warning patients about traditional medicines
